Coverage Area
20/20 Home Inspections covers a six county area in South Central Michigan. If you need an inspection in any of these counties, we can generally complete your inspection within 24-72 hours of receiving your request:
* Kalamazoo
* Calhoun
* Jackson
* Saint Joseph
* Branch
* Hillsdale
Payment
Payment is due at time of inspection. You may pay by check, cash, or credit card. $350 for homes under 3500 sq ft and $425 for homes over 3500 sq ft. Added fee for Sundays or 24 hr expedite. Thank you.
Expedited Inspections

Are you on a very tight schedule and must have your inspection report back by the next day? Take advantage of our Expedited Inspection to guarantee that your Inspection and your Inspection Report will be completed within 24 hours. Must call us at 517-227-4150 to schedule an expedited inspection. There is an expedite fee for scheduling this option.
